Road Sign Campaign
Eine an der Swinburne University in Melbourne entstandene Kampagne die auf soziale Probleme aufmerksam machen soll. Dabei wurde von mir das Thema Nahverkehr, bzw. die Nutzung von Transportmitteln überdacht.
"With the help of colors, form and typography this simple idea is there to catch the drivers interest
with a gimmick. The kerning of the original typefont on a road sign, or a billboard that looks like a road sign, in connection with the clear statement about alternative ways of transportation attracts
the drivers interest. These advertisements are going to be placed in areas of heavy traffic as well
as on buses or trams. Now the only possibility for a car driver to read this advertisement is in slow
traffic or a traffic jam. This special circumstance amplifies the message immense."
